Corrections are the most useful thing you can send us. Everything else is welcome too.
Corrections
This is the one we most want to hear about. Manufacturers revise their published specifications and update listings, so pages go out of date - and some of what is here is probably wrong already.
If you have found a specification we have wrong, a source that no longer says what we say it says, or a sum that does not add up, please tell us. It helps if you can name the page. How corrections are handled is set out in the editorial policy.
What we cannot help with
We are not a manufacturer, a retailer or a support channel. If your feeder will not connect, will not charge or has arrived damaged, the maker’s own support is the right place - they can replace it and we cannot.
One exception worth trying first: if the problem is that the camera will not join your Wi-Fi, that is the most common issue in this category and it is usually a router configuration rather than a fault. Our Wi-Fi guide may save you a support ticket.
For manufacturers
If we have described your product inaccurately, we want to know and we will fix it.
Two things we will not do: accept a sample in exchange for coverage - we do not test products and would have to lie about the resulting page - or show you a page before publication.
The most useful thing you can do is publish more of your own specifications. Our method is built on published material, and every “not published” on this site is a gap you could close.
The Cam Feeder is a publication rather than a storefront: there is no phone line and no premises to visit, so email and the form below are the two ways to reach us.
